Mission Kare Life is an active leader in community healthcare and social services. We are a team of professionals who are passionate about empowering, supporting, and helping individuals develop the tools to reach their full potential. We provide residential care and support services for individuals with mental health challenges and physical disabilities within the Durham Region.
With over 20+ years of experience, Mission Kare Life delivers supportive housing, enrichment life-skill programs and case management initiatives for adults aged 18 years and above. Our services include 24-hour group home care, counselling, home heath care, respite support services, and staffing services.
At Mission Kare Life, we are committed to promote the well-being of individuals by providing a safe, secure, comfortable, and caring environment, with a wide range of inclusive programs and services to meet their diverse needs.

Meet the Team
Michelle Bibby, CEO and Co-Founder
Michelle has over 20 years of extensive experience working with individuals from all walks of life. She has a Bachelors of Arts specializing in Disability Studies and has a unique understanding of how to support clients and families. Through various roles in her career, she has frontline experience working with individuals with multiple physical and mental diagnoses, as well as experience leading a team of frontline support staff to support clients with various needs and exceptionalities. Her passion for empowering individuals with multiple diagnoses and their families inspires her to continue working to create life-lasting impacts in clients' lives.
Kelesha Mcknight, Co-Founder
Kelesha is a skilled professional worker in the public sector with exceptional experience as a Case Manager for numerous years. Her many years of experience working with diverse populations in the community will provide us with a unique perspective to meet the needs of every individual that walks through our doors.
She possesses a Social Service Worker Diploma as well as a certification in working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Leisa Smith, Co-Founder
Leisa brings over 20+ years of experience and skills acquired from working within both the private and public sector as a Developmental Service Support Worker. She is the utmost confident in contributing her knowledge and expertise to advocate for the needs of a diverse community.
Cory Wyton, Program Director
Cory has over 15 years of extensive experience working within both the private and public sector. Cory has a background in Child and Youth Work and further holds certification in Functional Behavioural Analysis. Cory has unique knowledge and insight aquired from numerous roles in his career working with individuals with various medical, physcial, and mental health needs. Cory has also led and trained teams of frontline staff ensuring quality program delivery. Cory is a dedicated and passionate member of the team who specializes in program development and looks forward to continue ensuring that individuals and their families are able to recieve appropriate care through our programs.
