At Mission Kare Life, we offer Home Away From Home options that support adults with various exceptionalities. Our multidisciplinary team is specialized to work with complex and unique needs collectively to meet clients' maximum potential and further offer 24-hour care.
We value the role of the community as partners. We strive to make sure our individuals can interact, work, and learn together as we incorporate life learning skills and individualized support within our Group Home Programs.
Our Mission Kare Life Group Home provides community residential living 24-hour support for adults with diverse needs. Our Group Home is located in the Durham Region and holds a maximum of 4 beds. We collaborate with our clients in creating individual plans and/or goals in order to support them in reaching their maximum potential. Our group home has daily programming in place to support routine and options for clients. Our Group Home also extends support to clients' families to support transitions and holistic care.
